The heart of Paracelsus Biological Medicine is the Paracelsus Clinic in Lustmuhle, Switzerland. It is nestled in the Appenzell region of the beautiful Swiss mountains, five miles from St. Gallen and two miles from the village of Teufen. The Lustmuhle Clinic was founded in 1958, and has since become widely recognized as a center for excellence in natural medicine. The staff is presently composed of 80 highly committed doctors, dentists, natural health practitioners, nurses, and support personnel, all of whom speak English. The Clinic has educational facilities for in-house staff training and offers seminars for other practitioners. It has its own pharmacy for natural remedies, and an organic whole food restaurant which offers a relaxation room, snacks and an extensive vegetarian lunch buffet.
