The Corny Fund

Corny MettlerCorny Mettler’s health story has impacted all of us who knew her, and brought many of us into her life during her amazing last years dealing with her lung cancer. For those of us who knew Corny through her involvement with the Paracelsus Clinic, Dr. Rau and his staff, we all developed a deep and lasting friendship with her. She was a cheerful lady, who entertained us with her marvelous sense of humor, her observations about people and life - who else would go straight to the hairdresser’s after enduring hyperthermia. In sum, she was a treat.

A member of the Marion Institute introduced Corny to biological medicine and the Paracelsus Clinic back when things were mighty bleak and allopathic doctors had suggested that she move up her daughter’s wedding in order to be able to attend. And that was 9 years ago! Many of her friends who found her to be a true inspiration would like to memorialize Corny’s involvement with Paracelsus and biological medicine by setting up a fund in her name. Corny would have been 70 years old on June 8th and her family along with everyone at the Marion Institute believe this is a perfect time to start her scholarship fund.

The Corny Fund will benefit future patients so that they will be able to afford to go to Paracelsus and will also assist doctors and medical practitioners in learning about the practice of biological medicine through the Marion Institute’s training seminars in the USA.

Corny’s family has enthusiastically endorsed this effort.

If you would like to contribute to this fund, we would appreciate any consideration on your part. We know Corny would approve of such a fund in her name and we hope that you will agree that this is a worthwhile fund to assist people, who would otherwise be unable, to have access to the healing powers of biological medicine.

With gratitude,

Barbara Christian
