What is Connecting for Change: A Bioneers by the Bay Conference?
The 8th Annual Connecting for Change: A Bioneers by the Bay Conference presented by the Marion Institute is an annual three-day, solutions based gathering that brings together a diverse audience to create deep and positive change in their communities. This internationally acclaimed event summons environmental, industry and social justice innovators to bring focus on food and farming, health and healing, green business, indigenous knowledge, environmental and social justice, women and youth empowerment, spirituality and sustainability, all working to catalyze a movement to heal our world.
When and where is the "Connecting for Change: A Bioneers by the Bay conference”?
The Connecting for Change conference will be held October 26-28, 2012, in the historic Downtown of New Bedford, MA. The conference encompasses over 3 square city blocks, but our main home is the Zeiterion Theatre, 684 Purchase St., New Bedford, MA 02740
The conference runs from 9:30am – 9:30pm on Friday, 8:45am - 9:30pm on Saturday and 8:45am - 3:30pm on Sunday. For more details on the schedule of events, click here.

What is "Beaming Bioneers"?
Beaming Bioneers is the Bioneers' Satellite Program, which was successfully launched with five host sites around North America in 2002. This year, there will be twenty sites across North America hosting regional Bioneers Conferences. Connecting for Change: A Bioneers by the Bay Conference is the only northeastern regional conferences for the United States.

Do we offer discounted passes to the conference?
Yes. We offer scholarships to attend the conference for free or a discounted rate to students, community activists, teachers and anyone else of need.
